Shipping Policy

Zeno & Co. ships high-value gemstones worldwide with a focus on safety, transparency, and reliability.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Large, bulk, or custom cutting orders may require additional preparation time; customers will be notified with estimated timelines.

 

Packaging

  • All gemstones are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

  • For premium orders, we may use reinforced boxes and double-layered security seals.

  • Gemological certificates (if applicable) are included in sealed pouches.

 

Shipping Methods

  • We partner with international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, all of which provide insured, trackable delivery.

  • Within Pakistan, we use trusted national courier partners for secure local deliveries.

 

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier strikes are outside our control but we will keep customers informed.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned shipment will be treated as a cancellation, with shipping and handling fees deducted.

 

Shipping Liability

  • All shipments are insured until delivery is confirmed.

  • If an order is lost or damaged in transit, Zeno & Co. will coordinate with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the claim.

 

Customers must report shipping issues within 48 hours of delivery.
